Creator Agreement

This agreement applies when you list or sell content on the GoalGuide Marketplace. It is in addition to the Terms of Service. You must accept it before submitting a listing.

1. You are the seller of your content

You create, own, and are responsible for your listings. GoalGuide provides the platform, checkout, hosting, and payout mechanics. Buyers see that the item is sold by you. We are not the author of your content and do not review it for accuracy.

2. Content requirements

• You must own or have the rights to everything you publish, including any images used.
• Listings must accurately describe what the buyer receives. No misleading previews.
• No guaranteed-results claims (income, weight loss, medical outcomes), no medical or clinical advice, no regulated financial or legal advice, and no adult, hateful, or illegal content.
• If your content covers exercise, diet, or health, include a plain disclaimer that it is general information and not professional advice.
• AI-assisted drafts are allowed; you remain responsible for reviewing what you publish.

We may reject, unpublish, or remove any listing that breaks these rules or generates repeated buyer complaints.

3. Review and publishing

New listings start in pending status and are visible only to you until they are approved. Approval is discretionary and is not an endorsement of your content.

4. Pricing, revenue split, and payouts

• You set your own price in the currency shown on the listing form.
• GoalGuide retains a 30% platform fee on each sale. You receive 70%, less payment-processing fees charged by Stripe.
• Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to the bank account you connect. You must complete Stripe onboarding and identity verification before you can be paid.
• Payouts follow the schedule shown in your Stripe Connect account. Stripe may hold funds during verification or review.
• Chargebacks, disputes, and approved refunds are deducted from your balance for the affected sale, including the platform's share.

5. Refunds

Buyers may request refunds under the published Refunds & Cancellations policy. You agree to honor refunds granted under that policy. We may issue a refund without your prior consent where the listing was materially not as described, the content failed to deliver, or the law requires it.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for your own income and self-employment taxes on your earnings, and for providing any tax information Stripe requires. Sales tax or VAT collected at checkout, where applicable, is handled through the checkout flow and is not part of your earnings.

7. License you grant us

You grant GoalGuide a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, market, and deliver your listing and its content to buyers for as long as it is listed, plus continued delivery to buyers who already purchased it. You keep all ownership of your content.

8. Buyer access after delisting

If you remove a listing, buyers who already purchased it keep access to what they bought. You may not remove or degrade content those buyers already paid for.

9. Termination

You can stop listing at any time. We may suspend your creator access for violations of this agreement, fraud, or repeated buyer disputes. Amounts properly earned before suspension are paid out unless they relate to fraudulent activity.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued listing after an update means you accept it.
